Contract Duration: 12 Months
Required Skills & Experience - 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
What You Will Be Doing - Leverage management consulting discipline to assess scope and impact of a cross-functional/cross-product program with complex workstreams.
- Make recommendations of workstream breakdown structure across competing priorities.
- Advocate a program management discipline and serve as a voice for sponsor education and credible challenge.
- Assess and filter key risks, issues, and material status changes to provide execution excellence and judgement in escalation savvy.
- Serve to support project management needs across existing track verticals in Banking and CRE.
- Design governance structures to initiate Steering Committee routines and provide support for documentation, artifacts to support action items and key decisions.
- Assess disparate project objectives and distill into common taxonomy and strategic thought leadership.
- On-site attendance is required at minimum 3 days per week, specific days to be required by manager.
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
