Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with driving the growth and expansion of the firm by developing new business opportunities, enhancing existing relationships, and implementing strategic business development plans. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in business development, strategic planning, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the legal industry or professional services and the ability to develop and implement innovative strategies to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the firm's client base and enhance revenue growth.
2. Develop and implement strategic business development plans in line with the firm's objectives.
3. Collaborate with the firm's partners and associates to identify potential business opportunities and develop effective strategies to capitalize on them.
4. Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued engagement and satisfaction.
5. Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
6. Develop presentations and proposals for prospective clients, demonstrating the value and benefits of the firm's services.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the firm's services.
8. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development strategies and initiatives.
9. Participate in networking events and industry conferences to establish and strengthen relationships with potential clients and industry partners.
10. Position will report to Senior BD Manager.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or related field. An MBA or JD would be an added advantage.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the legal industry.
3. Proven track record in developing and implementing successful business development strategies.
4. Strong understanding of the legal industry, including knowledge of current trends and challenges.
5. Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to a variety of audiences.
7. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and client needs to develop effective business development strategies.
8. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
