Your job as a Business Development Manager/ Staffing Supervisor is to identify sales leads, introduce our staffing and workforce solutions to new clients, maintain a superior working relationship with current clients and full cycle recruitment efforts.
Pay: $42,000-$50,000 + Commission
Shift: M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Full time position
Locations: Topeka, KS
Responsibilities:
- Establish, develop and maintain client accounts
- Personally, meet with clients and potential clients on a daily and repeated basis
- Determine prospect credit-worthiness and target those accounts
- Handle customer challenges in a timely and effective manner
- Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various roles.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
- Offer guidance, resume feedback, and interview tips to job seekers.
- Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires.
