Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and shape the future of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Lead the end-to-end BD/ farming process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that address client needs and drive value.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and risks.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business cases to prospective clients.
  • Track and analyse BD/ farming performance metrics to evaluate progress against goals and decision-making.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our brand and expand our network.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 4 to 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
