Job Title: Business Development Manager (IDIQ and GWAC Teaming experience)

Location: 100% remote across U.S.

Job Type: Fulltime employee and Consulting both

Position Overview:

The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our footprint in the Federal/Government market. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in this sector, particularly in navigating the intricacies of IDIQ contracts and GWAC teaming opportunities. They will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategic partnerships to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the Federal/Government market, with a focus on IDIQ contracts and GWAC teaming opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and partners within the Federal/Government sector.
  • Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and other sales materials to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-making and identify new opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the Federal/Government market.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in identifying and winning business in the Federal/Government sector, particularly with IDIQ contracts and GWAC teaming.
  • Strong understanding of the federal procurement process, including regulations, compliance requirements, and acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market insights into actionable business plans.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving growth and exceeding targets.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend events, and pursue business opportunities.
