Title : Business Development Manager

- Responsible for getting New leads and requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
- Expanding business through new account development with a specialized focus on relationship building and client service.
- Understanding the requirements and client needs and shortlisting suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates, and location preferences from the available pool of resources.
- Analyze requirements from clients and Tier 1 vendors, assign them, and have a close follow-up with delivery teams.
- Should have a good understanding of US staffing business, sales, and recruitment processes with proven bench sales experience in the US IT consulting industry.
- Should have experience in rate negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills.
- Develop a business plan, and sales strategy for growing revenue within accounts
- Experience working in staffing domain
- Handling IT clients & meeting hiring managers frequently in requirements gathering
- Work closely with operations team to ensure all engagements are delivered
- Experience working with Vendor management tools
- Able to train other sales team within the company
- Responsible for client relations and company growth with excellent communications
