Our client is a privately held, minority and Hispanic owned light industrial staffing firm with offices in multiple states and more than 2,000 field employees on assignment daily. They are seeking an engaging, performance-driven sales professional for their Louisville, KY market. Account Executives drive individual income by driving sales and creating opportunities for others to fill your orders. Sales territories are large and opportunity is unlimited.




Responsibilities:



  • Develop new business opportunities within assigned territory.

  • Utilize various contact methods and networking events to establish relationships with key decision makers within target organizations.

  • Develop rates and pricing strategies to secure new business.

  • Identify and communicate with key decision makers within targeted organizations.

  • Provide exceptional customer service in all situations.

  • Set and present sales presentations.

  • Canvass, prospect, cold call, email prospects to secure meetings

  • Attend networking events

  • Act as a liaison between customer and recruitment staff to identify additional opportunities for increased sales.




Skills:



  • Savvy with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent communication, both oral and written

  • Ability to have high level conversations with executive leadership teams

  • Strong negotiation/closing skills

  • Strong relationship building




Qualifications:



  • Minimum 3 years industry experience

  • No Job Hoppers

  • Bilingual is VERY help but not required

  • Must be able to do your own prospecting and communicate how you prospect

  • Must be comfortable doing OUTSIDE sales, have done it in the past, but not only done outside sales.

  • Must be able to knock on doors and be in the market

  • Cold Calling

  • Strong, documented performance in increasing sales.

  • Demonstrated problem solving and negotiating skills.

  • Ability to communicate with all levels inside of an organization.

  • Ability to operate and maintain a database system.

  • Associates degree or better preferred.

  • Valid Drivers License.
