Responsibilities for the Business Development Manager:

  • Develop new customers and accounts

  • Maintain and strengthen existing customer base

  • Act as face of the company for all aspects of support to the customer

  • Analyze market and competition within territory

  • Travel throughout territory to prospect new business



Requirements for the Business Development Manager:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 4+ years of Business Development/Sales experience in manufacturing/valve industry

  • Leadership experience preferably in the oil and gas industry

  • Working knowledge of an ERP system

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software



Compensation for the Business Development Manager:



  • Salary: $70,000 - $120,000, depending on experience and skillset

  • Position offers a base salary, as well as commissions
