Responsibilities for the Business Development Manager:
- Develop new customers and accounts
- Maintain and strengthen existing customer base
- Act as face of the company for all aspects of support to the customer
- Analyze market and competition within territory
- Travel throughout territory to prospect new business
Requirements for the Business Development Manager:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of Business Development/Sales experience in manufacturing/valve industry
- Leadership experience preferably in the oil and gas industry
- Working knowledge of an ERP system
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software
Compensation for the Business Development Manager:
- Salary: $70,000 - $120,000, depending on experience and skillset
- Position offers a base salary, as well as commissions
