As a Business Development Manager, you will forge relationships with the human resource community selling our Premium Recruitment Solutions.
Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for the full sales life cycle, from prospecting business to business to building relationship with C level and Human Resource Management to securing agreements to provide Human Capital.
Build and maintain a prospect pipeline that aligns with the product provided by our internal recruiters.
The ability to provide intelligent written correspondence as well as being able to articulate our solutions to client needs
A true hunter that can also maintain a long standing relationship with our clients
The ability to learn and adapt to changes in our market
Continuously engage in networking events to promote Area Temps mission.
Must have the highest integrity and transparency to be a cultural fit.
Must have the ability to work with designated account manager
Provide Account Manager all the necessary tools to assist in customer support
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven success in developing sales strategies and presentations
Demonstrated experience in negotiation and closing
Strong market and industry knowledge
3-5 years previous sales experience preferred
Previous recruiting experience preferred
Must have a high level of professional and interpersonal skills in both verbal and written communication
Ability to work comfortably with a variety of computer programs and learn new technology: Microsoft Office, online research sites, database systems, social media, etc.
Must be able to work well under pressure and work within Amotec guidelines to achieve success
Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly competitive, deadline driven team environment
A strong work ethic and integrity are essential to this position
A valid drivers license, insurance and a vehicle in good working condition is required to fulfill this position
Bachelors Degree preferred
