Anduril's Command & Control Division is designing, developing, and deploying a next-gen software-defined, hardware-enabled distributed C2 architecture focused on orchestrating and automating 3rd party combat-fielded sensors and strike-platforms across heterogeneous networks in support of time-sensitive operations. We work with mission partners and operators to deploy reliable and robust capabilities on operationally-relevant fielding timelines to meet complex challenges across the DOD, IC and Allied partners. WHAT YOU'LL DO Build a cohesive, data-driven strategy within the US Army C2 market to penetrate, expand, and deliver Anduril's best-in-breed warfighting capabilities Develop and maintain effective working relationships with critical Army stakeholders to identify new business opportunities, proactively communicate and resolve program issues, and provide strategic direction to program teams across operations, engineering, and manufacturing Serve as the senior Army leader for programs within the C2 division and lead large capture campaigns against Program Executive Offices (PEO) within the Army acquisition community and across Senior Army leadership Foster a culture of trust, open communications, customer focus, innovation, and continuous improvement Lead initiatives that move the organization forward, contributing to business and financial performance in a material and meaningful manner Deliver on financial performance commitments and build strategic market growth initiatives QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will be a proven leader who has managed complex programs with the Department of Defense - ideally experience with the Army's C3T PEOs Intimate understanding of government contracting, fielding, and requirements generation for the purposes of transitioning prototype capabilities to production A leader who can build, adapt, and implement new and innovative approaches to market Experience in the technical, programmatic, and operational challenges of deploying warfighting capabilities in a Denied, Degraded, Intermittent, Low-bandwidth (DDIL) environment Must be able to work in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial, and creative environment Demonstrated knowledge of relevant DoD Programs and platforms, related enabling technologies, systems integration, communications, software development Demonstrated experience leading major acquisition programs directly with DoD or leading significant capture campaigns for a private sector defense company Ability to identify, establish and use important customer relationships with senior level officials and program stakeholders within defense and intelligence community to drive capability adoption Demonstrated high-energy leader who will drive performance and exhibit strong management skills with a high level of emotional intelligence Excellent writing, communication skills with experience briefing senior executives and customers Preferred candidate is based out of Washington, DC REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Must possess and be able to maintain a U.S. TS/SCI Security clearance Must be willing to travel up to 35% Minimum of 5 years of relevant Program Management, acquisitions or business development / capture experience in the government and/or private sector US Salary Range $168,000 - $252,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
