Business Configuration Analyst

Duties: Work on small-sized projects or specific components within a larger project, usually performing design work, configuration, and testing. Leverage FASTs unique tool sets configuring complex software components with little or no coding intervention. Perform complex configuration tasks on a system component. Execute enhancement and system level test cases. Analyze customers' business requirements and technology objectives to develop specifications to meet customers' business needs. Utilize next generation SDLC skills from both a business and/or technology perspective. Engage customers and team members in an Agile and collaborative environment to solve complex business problems utilizing FASTs library of SOA components. Requires a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field; plus two years of experience in a related occupation. Requires two years of experience in all of the following: 1) Complex automated test cases in Selenium using Java; 2) Data requirements collection and product delivery under Agile Methodology; 3) Guiding teams through full Software Development Life cycle (SDLC) using Waterfall and Agile methodology; 4) Complex SQL queries for data analytics; 5) Agile based testing and functional testing; 6) Conducting Gap Analysis and contributing to Requirements Elicitation process and Technical Specification Documents; and 7) Requirement Analysis, Business Analysis, Scrum Methodology, AcRES, Litmus, JIRA, RFT, Erwin, Quality Center, Load Runner, Python, Shell Scripting, SQL, C/C , Java, and Excel. 40 hours/week, $89,253 - $109,274.86 per year.
