Skills:
- Minimum of 10+ years' Hands-On experience as a Business Architect, with building, measuring and elaborating on business outcomes indicators
- Experience of working within a variety of stakeholders, starting from Business/Product groups, Enterprise Architects, Product Owners & Pre-Sales Teams.
- Business Acumen: understands business and industry and can translate business needs into capabilities and services
- Facilitation: Plans and conducts effective meetings with action plans and productive agendas
- Story Telling: Visual creativity, executive presence and communication skills
- Relationship Building: Collaborates effectively and advocates for business objectives balancing technology directives and creates valued partnerships
- Familiar with Business architecture tools and trends
- Good to have: Telecom Sector experience and/or ETOM framework knowledge/certification will be an advantage
