Business Applications Consultant - SCM Inventory & Costing Lead
7+Month Contract
Remote work with occasional travel Overview: Design, configure, and implement Oracle SCM solutions. Develop clear specifications, engage in client communication, and provide custom reporting using Oracle tools.
Responsibilities:
- Design and configure Oracle SCM implementation.
- Develop system requirements, prototypes, and rollout solutions.
- Write clear functional and technical specifications.
- Engage in consultative project communication with clients.
- Design and implement custom reports using Oracle reporting tools.
- Coordinate with project team members and business users.
- Produce documentation for design, training, and administration.
- Independently deliver quality work products.
- Demonstrate expertise in delivering functional and technical solutions.
- Consult with customer management and gain acceptance of solutions.
- Translate client requirements into implementable solutions.
- Adhere to solution standards, processes, and procedures.
Requirements:
- 10+ years Oracle ERP SCM experience (Min. 2 Years in SCM SaaS Cloud).
- In-depth understanding of SCM functionality (INV, PO, OM, WMS).
- Experience with Oracle Inventory, Order Management, and Purchasing modules.
- Experience with Mobile Supply Chain Application preferred.
- Experience with Configure to Order product supply chain preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Master data setup & Processes for SCM/WMS implementation.
- Involvement in a minimum of five full life cycle Oracle SCM or WMS implementations.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong analytical skills in complex environments.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- BS degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Role is remote, travel required.
