Ledgent Technology is seeking a Business Application Support Specialist to join a quickly-growing organization in providing user support for their internal applications as a part of a growing Business Systems team. The Business Application Support Specialist will be responsible for providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for ERP and ServiceNow requests. The role focuses on ensuring the smooth operation of these systems, addressing basic support issues, and implementing database fixes. This position is ideal for a junior professional with prior application support experience who is eager to grow and develop their skills within the organization.




This is a permanent/direct hire position which will pay between $60-70k depending on experience. This role will be primarily remote with in-office work in Eden Prairie, MN as-needed (roughly once per month for team meetings and events).




Candidates must be local to the Twin Cities, MN area. Candidates must also be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship both now and in the future.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for ERP systems (80%) and ServiceNow (20%).

  • Respond to and resolve basic support requests, including database fixes and error messages.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Document and track issues, resolutions, and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and consistency.

  • Collaborate with other IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of applications.

  • Assist with the maintenance and updating of application-related documentation.

  • Monitor system performance and suggest improvements for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to end-users.



Qualifications:



  • 3-5 years of prior experience in IT and application support is required.

  • Experience with ERP systems and ServiceNow is highly preferred.

  • Familiarity with Q360 is a plus.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
