We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Business Application Analyst to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This exciting role will give you the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology, and directly influence the efficiency and effectiveness of our organization. You will be working closely with various teams to assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of new business applications, operational systems, and configuration changes. You will also serve as a liaison between the technical team and business users, ensuring that business requirements are met and that all applications are running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize your expertise in ArcGIS to develop and maintain our Imagery platform, ensuring that it is fully functional and meets the needs of the organization.
2. Act as a liaison between the technical team and business users, effectively communicating complex technical concepts in a way that is easily understood by non-technical staff.
3. Assist in the development and implementation of new business applications and operational systems, ensuring that they are in line with business requirements and objectives.
4. Make necessary configuration changes to existing systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Troubleshoot any issues with business applications, diagnosing and resolving problems quickly and efficiently.
6. Continuously stay updated on the latest technology and industry trends, making recommendations for improvements and upgrades as necessary.
7. Work closely with the GIS team, assisting in the development and maintenance of GIS applications and systems.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry.
2. Strong knowledge and experience with ArcGIS, and the ability to develop and maintain an Imagery platform.
3. Proven experience in the development and implementation of new business applications and operational systems.
4. Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to act as a liaison between technical and non-technical staff.
6. The ability to make necessary configuration changes to improve system efficiency and effectiveness.
7. A GIS certification is required for this role.
8. A strong understanding of the Manufacturing industry, and the ability to stay updated on the latest technology and industry trends.
9. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
10. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
