Business Analyst with Commercial Lending (Auto-Finance)

Role Description:

? Strong understanding of Commercial Vehicle lease/loan origination, Servicing, End of Term, Collection and Remarketing

? Exposure to Equipment and Asset finance business processes and life cycle

? Fleet / Inventory finance exposure with large finance providers

? Experience with commercial auto lending systems and applications such as AutoIMS, Dealer Track or Routeone is a plus

? Primary responsibility to gather, analyze, document and validate the needs of business stakeholders

? Experience in managing requirements from project inception through release

? Conducting process study with business users to completely comprehend the workflow and identify gaps

? Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders

? Experience with agile methodology, writing user stories, product backlog, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review and sprint retrospective

? Experience in functional testing and work with business users in preparing the user acceptance test cases and assist in UAT? Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources

? Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to Commercial Vehicle Financing is a plus

? Familiarity with data management and database systems such as SQL, Oracle or SAS

Competencies: BPS : SQL Basic, Commercial Lending

Experience (Years): 6-8
