Job Description PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with Operations, Management, IT, and/or Finance/Accounting team members to identify Business Process Improvements across multiple products and services Analyze data, gather information, and document current processes, including inputs, outputs, tasks, and dependencies
Identify areas of improvement, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks in existing processes and design automated workflows where feasible
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their business goals, requirements, and challenges
Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, including process re-engineering and automation
Support software implementation and process improvement initiatives, including development and implementation of requirements, testing, training, and user support
Maintain product backlog across multiple products and services
Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on optimized processes and tools
Evangelize the value of technology and process improvements in direct discussions and group discussions with executives, business leaders, and users at all levels
Proactively research, learn, and apply new technology and/or methods to solve and implement for complex business issues and projects
Define and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), guidelines, and best practices to streamline workflows Requirements MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
Proven leadership experience managing and implementing change, specifically when implementing new software and during process improvement initiatives, including Soliciting requirements from users
Obtaining concurrence on priorities between cross-functional groups
Determining and clearly communicating benefits of change in advocacy of process improvements
Organizing and documenting requirements for developers and consultants
Coordinating with consultants, developers, and other Stakeholders to resolve issues
Developing and providing training for users during implementation
Providing tier 2 user support of fielded systems in operation
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and forge strong relationships and build consensus among competing stakeholders at all levels and functional areas within the organization
Experience leading custom application development as a product owner in an agile environment
Experience with Servicenow and similar service management and workflow and systems
Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies, propose practical solutions, and identify downstream implications
Ability to coordinate projects across multiple technologies, products, and services
Comfortable with autonomy, self-motivated, and able to manage priorities driven by multiple organizations and leadersDESIRED SKILLS:
Experience leading development of Microsoft cloud-based applications using Power Apps and Power Automate
Experience working with HR to integrate applications and systems with personnel processes
Experience with SharePoint
