Business Analyst
General Description of Business Analyst:
- Track placement and disposition of DHL's over-the-road equipment across multiple sites
- The Business Analyst will utilize established tracking tools and standard operating procedures
- Track milestones for individual units and identify bottlenecks
- Work with DHL maintenance manager, site teams, and third-party providers to determine unit status and rectify delays as the Business Analyst
- Utilize, maintain, and refine Excel-based tracking tools
- Use communication tools (email, IM, calls) to interact with relevant parties
- The Business Analyst will perform light data entry, troubleshooting, and ad hoc fleet management projects
- Strong Excel skills required-formulas, vlookups, sum/if, indexing for this role of the Business Analyst
