- STMS Business Analyst The STMS Business Analyst serves as a liaison between the state agencies and the STMS team and provides technical recommendations and solutions to meet user needs, including those needs demanded by transitioning from FLAIR to PALM. This role has expert knowledge of State of Florida travel policies, as well as travel management system capabilities.
- This role interprets technical business requirements, assists with business process redesign and documentation as needed for changes in system functions, including developing communications and training materials and conducting training sessions.
