Responsibilities Include:
- Triage initial user issues/requests, resolve them directly, or coordinate and oversee the resolution of issues/requests with external IT service providers.
- Develop and modify SQL queries for data retrieval and reporting purposes.
- Manage backend ERP tables and tools required for business controls/alerts.
- Onboard new users and offboard terminated users.
- Prepare manuals for processes.
- Manage and administer MS 365 services, including SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Utilize MS Excel to create detailed reports and visualizations for business stakeholders.
- Assist with customer quote sheet preparations.
- Assist with setup and maintenance of items.
- Assist with management of product photos.
- Assist with further improvement and automation of processes.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
