What you'll do: Contribute in a wide array of analytical areas to drive Category Management success, including market research, strategy development, reporting, and communications. Grow into leadership positions via skill development and engagement with senior clients. What you'll need to succeed: 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Experience developing business cases for optimization projects, conducting gap analysis between current and future state of acquisition optimization projects. Experience gathering requirements: interviewing internal stakeholders and compiling findings to understand existing processes, current challenges, and leading best practices. Proven ability to execute in several of the following areas in support of high profile programs: Perform market research, develop dashboards/reporting, analyze financial data, and support strategy development. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Experience with Category Management or strategic acquisition support A Secret clearance A Bachelor's degree - degree in Supply Chain Management preferred Like we said, we are big fans of our people.
