Role: Business Analyst (Investment Banking with Fixed Income experience)
Work Location: Onsite (Boston, MA)
Job Description:
- Business Analyst with experience in Investment Banking domain.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient working knowledge of Fixed Income instruments.
- Experience on banking and investment banking application, vendor products.
- Experience of working in the following areas
- Full cycle of trading/ compliance across asset classes: equities, fixed income, derivatives.
- Workflow configuration and integration of OMS & EMS modules.
- Awareness or experience in reference data, data mapping, data sourcing and data analysis is desirable.
- Able to understand and document business requirements and configurations for Portfolio Management/Order Management application.
- Knowledge in PL/SQL is a must.
- Basic technical proficiency is also desirable.
- Experience of writing/working with Technical Specifications, FRDs.
- Effective stakeholder management, experience in facing senior business stakeholders, and ability to engage with functional experts.
- Awareness of the Agile methodology of project delivery.
