Requirements:
8+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst
Understanding of loans & deposit systems and basic knowledge of API.
Experience with Core Account Processing data - Deposit and Loan knowledge to include the difference between the different types of accounts, transaction codes, debit/credit impacts, account balances, etc.
Basic understanding of an API - able to review and understand how they work, identify which API would work best for the function the Fintech is needing to perform, and help troubleshoot if one isn't working as expected.
Strong background experience in Financial is a must
Proficiency in SQL, Python or other coding languages.
The ability to synthesize information quickly in order to provide an independent and objective viewpoint, propose appropriate solutions, and drive meaningful change.
The touch and gravitas to engage with influence stakeholders.
High level of ownership with ability to determine how best to add value, rather than focusing narrowly on delegated responsibilities.
Organization and project management skills and experience.
