Business Analyst II with Security Clearance

This position supports the Records Administration and Management Services (RAMS) for BUPERS/NPC Force Management (FM) and The MyNavyHR Enterprise, focusing on the Enlisted Military Personnel Record System (EMPRS) and other related systems. Location Millington, TN Clearance Requirements Candidate must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET Clearance. Essential Role and Responsibilities Analyze business processes for EMPRS and related systems, soliciting inputs and facilitating process mapping and requirements gathering.
Document "as is" and "to be" processes, use cases, business rule documents, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), functional process documents, and Concept of Operations (CONOPS).
Provide subject matter expertise in KOFAX functions, focusing on document handling in core production areas.
Develop and interpret IT application functional requirements, test cases, and release notes.
Support testing and reporting for system upgrades and maintenance.
Rapidly acquire and utilize corporate knowledge relating to the background workings of critical software applications.
Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Experience Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst, particularly in environments using KOFAX for document management.
Familiarity with IT application SCRUM process and functional requirements writing.
Ability to interpret IT application release test notes and release documentation.
Experience in writing and executing application test cases.
Demonstrated capability to quickly adapt and learn new software functionalities.
