Understanding the importance of Provider NPI
Define the connectivity between Member ID, Patient ID and Payer CCN (Claim Control Number)
Understanding of how payments and adjustments are made, in Encounters, especially the 837 Healthcare Claim
Overall understanding of the flow of claims from Provider-to-Payer; adjudication; and from Payer to CMS for Encounters.
Working knowledge of how to build User Stories
Experience with Agile / Scrum
Any kind of Testing Software (QTest, for example) experience
