Bus Shelter Advertising and Maintenance Attendant

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in a similar role
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds without assistance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong discipline and proficiency in following written and verbal instructions
Exemplary work standards and exceptional attention to detail
Competency in safely and effectively operating hand and minor electrical tools
Proficiency in basic math calculations
Excellent time management and communication skills
Adaptability to changing circumstances and priorities
Action-oriented and energetic approach
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand/walk for extended periods
Willingness and ability to perform strenuous physical labor, even under adverse conditions
Valid in-state driver's license suitable for light commercial vehicles
Responsibilities:

Provide custodial and cleaning services for outdoor bus stop shelters
Will Drive an EV Van to provide services across multiple locations.
Execute and report routine cleaning and maintenance of transit shelters along an assigned route
Inspect locations and report necessary repairs
Maintain software logs of cleaning activities performed on the assigned transit shelter route
Swiftly identify and report damage and safety issues
Collaborate with maintenance crews to conduct general structural maintenance and repairs to transit shelters
Skillfully read, write, and follow complex instructions
Demonstrate physical flexibility: climb, bend, stoop, stand, sit, push, and pull; handle materials and equipment weighing over 85 pounds
Maintain records for reporting purposes
Work independently, utilizing judgment and decision-making skills
Competently complete essential documentation and reports
