Production Assembly Worker Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do) - Read, view and follow written and visual (picture) instructions for how to put parts together
- Check assembled products to make sure they're put together correctly
- Look for issues or broken products, write these down and tell the supervisor
- Working with a baler machine. Putting the bags on the machine and ensuring product fills into the bags
- Run machinery to fill bags with shavings and tie off sacks to be picked up by forklift from pallet
- Lifting 40-50 pounds often
- Working in outdoor setting in all weather elements
- Must have reliable transportation, not on the bus line
- Ability to work alone/ and at a fast pace
Production Assembly Worker Shift Info - Day Shift, 07:00 am to 03:30 pm during training then moving to swing shift
- Swing shift 3:00-11:30 PM
- Monday - Friday
Production Assembly Worker Qualifications (Requirements / Skills) - Ability to work unsupervised and attention to detail
- Knowledge of manufacturing, equipment maintenance, safety management, and controls and instrumentation
- Reading comprehension skills with the ability to interpret and follow written directions, blueprints, and engineering diagrams
- Basic math skills to measure parts and product
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 30-50 pounds
- Production Assembly Worker experience preferred
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to work in the US
