Building Technician 2 & 3

Description:

Working in 2 high rise commercial office buildings in downtown baltimore - M-F 8:30-5:30

Responsible for the day-to-day building operations including responding to tenant requests, performing repairs and preventative maintenance of building systems

Perform troubleshooting, repairs, adjustments and preventative maintenance to all building systems including HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and finishes. Perform basic preventative building and grounds maintenance. Coordinate and monitor access for subcontractors performing maintenance or repair work

Light repairs with plumbing- shutting off water in certain areas of the building to work on the sinks and toilets

Changing door knobs, changing light and lighting ballaces

Maintain all tools, parts and supplies in an organized manner. Inform the Chief Building Technician of any needs for replacement, restocking or repair of items
