$38-$40 hour.

Description:
Award-winning hospital is seeking a Building Engineer to perform general and high-level maintenance duties in the hospital, including affiliate clinics in a 10-minute radius. The individual will perform a variety of preventative maintenance on-site, corrective repair of buildings, building automation systems and equipment, including HVAC.
Job Duties

Maintain building, make necessary repairs

Maintain equipment and hardware

Install fixtures, assist with general HVAC, refrigeration, electrical and plumbing

Utilize Building Automation Systems (BAS, Siemens) make proper repairs and perform maintenance as needed

Customer service, have a strong mechanical aptitude

Balance daily tasks in a fast-paced environment depending on daily needs
