Title: Budget Support Analyst

Location: On-site in Radford, VA

Position Requirements:

1. Desired Experience Level

a. Flexible - Prefer 3-5 years budget or financial experience

2. Position Requirements (Duties/Responsibilities)

a. Run daily Status of Funds through GFEBS

b. Prepare MIPRs and Create PRs for contracts and GPC purchases

c. Clear IDOCs in GFEBS

d. Analyze and provide input for tri-annual JRP

e. Communicate with Customer Budget POCs

f. Setup and create journal vouchers for cost transfers of customer funds

3. Required Skills

a. Analytical and Problem Solving skills

b. General Accounting skills and understanding

c. Proficient in Microsoft Excel

d. Ability to create process and SOP documentation
