Job Description

You will lead a team of individuals that are focused on
  • Planning : Assist in driving capacity needs alignment between business and finance

  • Analysis : Analysis of current metrics and trends and identify efficiencies opportunities in the Data Center space

  • Team Player : Become a trusted member across teams by delivering consistent quality and timely results

  • Process Improvement : Drive initiatives to improve financial processes

  • Modeling : Ad hoc financial modeling

Additional Responsibilities may Include
  • Capable of leveraging the larger Oracle Financial community effectively, gather and analyze information and resolve business issues across the organization

  • Financial presentations to the business/finance leadership, preparation of detailed analysis, summarize key findings and recommendations

  • Work closely and collaboratively with Finance, Operations, and business teams

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years finance experience. MBA Preferred.

  • Experience in leading and developing a highly functioning team while maintaining high expectations

  • Excellent understanding of cloud and infrastructure

  • Self-starter. takes initiative to achieve valuable results and ability to track the progress of multiple inquires and tasks optimally.

  • Result oriented. Ability to translate ideas into operational steps and follow through to closure.

  • Excellent analytic skills, attention to detail. Ability to turn data into Insights.

  • Ability to thrive in an environment with ambiguity and change.

  • Ability to stay organized; prioritize objectives in a multifaceted and exciting environment.

  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing

  • Self-directed, proactive with ability to multi-task. Ability to context switch and work with shades of grey

  • Expert level skills in Excel and Power Point. Experience with Data Visualization tools

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team environment

  • Upbeat and positive demeanor in the face of stress.

As a member of Oracle's finance organization, you will manage the finance team and drive key cross functional business practices such as management of the budget and forecasting processes. Your will prepare, administer, and direct the control of the budget. Review and approve recommendations for financial planning and control. Monitor divisions and subsidiaries adherence to budgets. Develop, implement, and integrate financial practices across multiple organizations and locations. Develop, recommend, and implement financial policies, practices, and process changes.

US: Hiring Range: from $97,400 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
