Prolead pays a percentage of the load revenue for each load you haul plus 100% of the fuel surcharge. Owner-operators pay will vary depending on whether you haul with your trailer or lease a trailer from Prolead. Below is an example of how to calculate load revenue.

You have the freedom to choose between three options for dispatch:

Dispatch: If you prefer a traditional dispatch service, we can handle all the logistics and load assignments for you.
Self-Dispatch: For those who like more control, you can choose to self-dispatch and manage your own loads.
Self-Dispatch with Help: If you want a mix of independence and support, we offer a self-dispatch option with assistance available whenever you need it.
Deductions - No hidden fees

Escrow- A $1000.00 escrow is required. Deducted at $100.00 per week for 10 weeks.
Auto Liability, Cargo and Trailer Interchange insurance$270 per week during the employment period, excluding vacations or any downtime caused by major repairs, etc.
Trailer Rental Fees:Trailer rental prices vary and depend on the supplier, and they will be determined during the application process.
Plates - This year, the cost of the apportioned plate in the state of IL, will be conveniently spread across 12 weekly payments of $158.33
Bobtail insurance - Pro rated weekly at 5% of your truck's value.

Accounting Services and Payroll Fees: Professional accounting services to handle financial records, tax compliance, and timely payroll processing.
24/7 Dispatch and Fleet Support: Round-the-clock assistance and support from a dedicated dispatch team to ensure smooth operations and timely coordination.
Electronic Logging Device (ELD Motive): Electronic device for accurate and compliant logging of driving hours and records, in adherence to ELD regulations.

Please bear in mind that our approach involves utilizing traditional spot market freight load boards and allows you to negotiate directly with brokers and customers. This sets us apart from other leading carriers, such as Landstar, Mercer, etc., who have their own load boards that are already filtered by various dispatchers and agents.
By engaging in direct negotiations with brokers, you have the opportunity to secure more favorable terms for your services and avoid receiving third or fourth-hand loads.
