Entry Level Civil EngineerOur client in the
Albany, NY area is seeking a
Bridge Engineer that will be responsible for design and production of detailed structural drawings for a variety of bridge and road projects.
Salary Range: $30/hour ($62,400/year) - $55/hour ($114,400/year) depending on experience
Responsibilities and Duties:- Design and production of detailed structural drawings for a variety of bridge and road projects.
- Candidate should familiarize self with New York State Department of Transportation specifications
- Research, understand, and apply the LDSA process for working with local municipalities
Qualifications:- EIT or NYS Professional Engineering license preferred but not required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MicroStation
- B.S. Civil Engineering
- Ability to design prestressed concrete or steel girder bridges according to NYS standards and codes
