We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Sales (Counter) Associate in our Waldorf, MD location.

Position: Full time, day shift opportunity with great benefit options

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for engaging with business customers and clients and promoting sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to our Dealer Network and HVAC Contractors.
Provide superior customer service to our customers.
Provide support for our Parts Stores.
1+ year of counter sales or customer facing experience - candidates with B2B customer experience such as HVAC and/or Auto Parts counter sales desirable.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage in verbal and written communications on detailed materials and orders.
Products are commercial and residential HVAC parts and equipment, therefore, experience working with contractors is a plus.

High School diploma or equivalent with one year's experience
