Brake Roll Operator I 2nd Shift

is seeking to hire a Brake Roll Operator for our client in Mayville, WI.
Pay rate: 19.84
2ND Shift Base pay rate $19.34/HR + $.50 Shift Differential
Will train on 1st shift
2ND Shift: MONDAY-THURSDAY 2:30PM 1AM with mandatory OT that can extend the M-F work hours up to 10 hours and also requires every other Saturday as needed to meet production needs.
JOB SUMMARY:
Perform production work on a variety of press brakes loading and unloading parts and basic inspection to ensure quality of the parts
Will not be responsible for machine set up or tear down
Will have the opportunity to acquire the skills necessary to advance to Brake/Roll Operator classification.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for the quality of the parts produced.
Follow all rules regarding machine operation and machine guarding.
Maintain simple reports on productivity, quality and safety.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Physically able to do work requiring frequent standing, bending, lifting, pushing and pulling
Must be able to lift and carry, push and pull 30 lbs.
Sufficient reading and writing ability to follow work order instructions and prepare simple production reports.
Sufficient visual acuity (corrected) to read instructions, operate machines and inspect parts.
Sufficient manual dexterity to operate the equipment properly.

Granted the Employee has no writeup in the quarter they would get the following payments:
$200 after 3 months
$400 after 6 months
$400 after 12 months
