Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provides day-to-day leadership and management to the organization that mirrors the mission and core values of the company.
  • Responsible for driving teams (IT, Ops, Client engagement and govt relations teams) to achieve and surpass performance metrics, financial goals and business goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for ensuring their areas are in alignment with all Business Standards.
  • Assists leaders in collaborative efforts related to the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and capability expansion to increase share of wallet in BPaaS area of healthcare.
  • Help team build strategies to expand service offerings and prepare team to build bid responses and RFI/RFP proposals.
  • Collaborates with the management team to develop and implement action plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the organization.
  • Develops and Leads all Business Continuity Activities across the global footprint.
  • Help team build effective communication for services expansion.
  • Attract, recruit, train, develop, coach and lead a high performance team.
  • Fosters a success-oriented, accountable environment within client environment.
  • Assures compliance to and consistent application of law, rules and regulations, company policies and procedures for all assigned areas.
  • Client engagement at various levels to help build strategy aligned with clients
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned or required by management.

Qualifications :

  • 20+ years work experience that reflects a proven track record of driving strategies in Healthcare industry in US.
  • The ideal candidate is an initiative-taker who thrives amidst ambiguity, has a can-do attitude, and has strong intuitions about what needs to be done to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Client-driven mindset with a passion for enabling the success of the organization and customer.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills ensuring effective cross-team collaboration.
  • Strong and clear written and oral communication.
  • Demonstrated leadership with relevant initiatives: Product focused service offering, business process optimization, enterprise business project management, financial strategic planning and analysis, and risk management.
  • Must have recent and related managed health care experience.
