One of our clients located in San Antonio, Texas is in search of a book keeper. This is a new company needing someone with previous experience to help with the full cycle of accounts payable.
Job responsibilities for the Bookkeeper
- General Ledger Reconciliations
- Full cycle Accounts Payable
- Creating spreadsheets to present to banks for construction loans.
- Preparing journal entries and assisting with month end close
Preferred Qualifications for the Bookkeeper
- Previous bookkeeping experience
- Experience with accounts payable
- Experience with Excel and creating spreadsheets
- Previous experience using Peachtree
- Associates degree in Accounting or related field
