Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper:
- Maintain Financial Records: Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile accounts.
- Bank Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Payroll Processing: Assist with payroll processing, including calculating wages, preparing checks, and managing payroll taxes.
- Financial Reporting: This Bookkeeper will generate financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Preferred Qualifications of the Bookkeeper:
- Experience: Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles is preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording financial transactions.
