BOOKKEEPER/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

OVERVIEW OF THE BOOKKEEPER/ADMIN ASSISTANT ROLE:
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using industry-standard software.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial transactions are properly recorded.
- Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant assists in managing daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain organized filing systems and documentation.
- Generate regular financial reports to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring financial performance.
- Work closely with vendors to reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies.
- Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant ensures timely and accurate processing of payments.
- Collaborate with team members to address financial and administrative needs.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR BOOKKEEPER/ADMIN ASSISTANT ROLE:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficient in bookkeeping software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
