Employee Assistant Program FSA and HSA Plans Life Insurance Opportunities for Advancement Paid Training Employee Referral Program Employee Discount Location: Bergey's Collision Center, Souderton PA Essential Duties: Examining vehicles to identify repairs needed File, grind, weld, fill and sand repaired surfaces as needed Remove or repair dents, dings and other larger damages to the exterior of a vehicle Perform work as outlined in the repair order with efficiency and accuracy Work with other departments to ensure a quality product and on time delivery Requirements: High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree) Must be able to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, and crouch in order to prepare vehicle for paint. Minor body work experience Must be dependable Panel Replacement Cut, Weld, Sand, Form and Prep.
