Job Description:
Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a school district in St. Louis, MO to provide a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the 2024/2025 school year.

Details for this position:Position Type: BCBA - Board Certified Behavior AnalystSchedule: Full-time, 32.5 hours per week, 6.5 hours per day. Will also consider part-time candidates.Contract dates: August 2024 - May 2025
- Pay rate: $1960 - $2148 per weekAnnual spending allowance for supplies

Essential Functions:
-To assist the Special Education Process Coordinator-Autism in the training, supervision and annual assessment of Register Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis services to qualifying students.
-To assist the Special Education Process Coordinator-Autism in delivering and documenting RBT supervision hours, per the Behavior Analyst Certification Board(BACB) requirements.
-To assist RBTs in completing bi-annual Verbal Behavior Milestones Assessment and Placement Program (VB-MAPPs) of students receiving ABA services.
-To assist RBTs and ABA Coordinator in determining appropriate ABA programming driven by VB-MAPP results.
-To assist designated Autism Support Staff with ongoing staff coaching and demonstration of Evidence based and Behavior Analytical practices for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related disabilities in the least intrusive manner and least restrictive environment.
-To consult with IEP teams in developing S.M.A.RT. goals and objective target behaviors for improvement and replacement based on meaningful data collection.
-To consult with IEP teams in conducting and utilizing preference and reinforce assessments; functional behavior assessments; and behavior intervention plans as needed.
-To support middle and high school autism teachers in completing and utilizing the Assessment of Functional Living Skills (AFLS) to determine their present level of performance and IEP goals.
-To support high school Practical Assessment Exploration System (PAES) career development labs, by applying behavior analytical methods to support special education students prepare for careers.
-Maintain and share a working knowledge of current trends in special education, instructional materials and strategies in working with atypical learners.
- Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive staff development.
-Perform other duties as designated by the Autism Process Coordinator and/or Director of Special Education.
-Working knowledge and collaborative contribution during the IEP implementation process.

Requirements:
Licensed and credentialed as BCBA, plus 8 hours Provisional Training is required (one time fulfillment).
32 CEU hours are required every 2 years.
