Janet Walker Pediatric Recruiter HealthPRO-Heritage Direct/Text Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments, design and implement measurable, evidence-based goals across environments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) while maintaining insurance standards and deadlines Supervise, train and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Implement and supervise behavior data collection systems for continuous evaluation based on payor requirements and authorizations Conduct regular parent training and consultation based on payor requirements and authorizations Participate in weekly clinical meetings and monthly staff-wide trainings Communicate with insurance companies and other care providers Stay current on research and evidence-based practices Maintain accurate "CAQH" profile and NPI Collaborate with other disciplines, medical providers, and educators Manage electronic data collection system and store all records in the EMR Perform accurate billing practices in the electronic practice management system and complete documentation of services promptly Adhere strictly to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's Code of Ethics Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Qualifications Required: Master's Degree or PhD in Applied behavior Analysis, education or other related field Required: CURRENT AND ACTIVE Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and licensure if applicable per state Required: Experience working with children ages 0-16 implementing ABA; experience implementing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis; Educational, Speech, or Allied Health Services experience Required: 3-5 years working with children with developmental disability Preferred: Experience working with children ages 0-16 implementing ABA in a classroom or clinical setting; experience implementing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis; Educational, Speech, or Allied Health Services experience Recruiter : Email Address
