Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring immediately for a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in our new and upcoming Brockton, MA center. Pay: $79,000 - $84,000 per year

Job Duties
Deliver direct intervention in a center-based setting.
Conduct parent/caregiver education and functional behavior assessments.
Create ABA programs tailored for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
Employ evidence-based Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions.
Collect behavioral data, complete progress notes, and handle case management.
Offer clinical direction, training, and support to Community Autism Services (CAS) ABA Behavior Technicians.
Provide supervised, professional experience to Community Autism Services (CAS) staff pursuing BCBA and RBT certification through group and individual supervision.

Requirements
Possess an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and Massachusetts license (LABA)
Demonstrate strong interpersonal, collaborative, organizational, and leadership skills
Previous experience in supervising ABA programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
Commitment to cultural competency in a diverse and inclusive work environment
Valid MA driver's license and reliable transportation
Bilingual Spanish preferred
