THE POSITION:

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) - Brighotn, MI - Full-time - No Late Nights - No Weekends

We are looking for a talented BCaBA who has a strong clinical background coupled with a team mindset and a dedication to serve our clients. With the utilization of our unique synergistic approach to therapy we can accelerate the development process.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Creates simulated conditions to observe the behavior of each client

Formulates appropriate treatment plans that are sensitive to clients' cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs

Administers treatment and tailor interventions as needed

Suggests additional treatment by other professionals as required

Operates within time, financial, and other resource constraints

Remains abreast of changes in research on evidence-based practices

Advocates for the inclusion of individuals with disorders and disabilities within society

Required Skills/Abilities:

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Able to act decisively and maintain client dignity

Proven work experience as a BCaBA or similar role

Have very strong interpersonal skills to build professional relationships with clients, families, and co-workers

Have excellent leadership, and time management skills

Adhere to ethical standards in HIPAA and the BCaBA code of ethics

Be excited about the growth opportunities ahead

Have a passion for research

Love to think outside the box to provide excellence in care

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
