Schedule: Monday-Friday. No call/no weekends. looking for minimum 2 week a month commitment
Work Details:
Patients per day: Variable
Patient Population/Age: Inpatient and outpatient
EMR: EPIC
Special Procedures: No hearts or peds. Will accommodate to skill set of providers. Blocks are a plus but not a must.
Practice Setting:
• Hospital- Level 2 Trauma.
Requirements:
Board Certification: BC required or truly BE
License Required: Active IL license
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
Pay Rate Negotiable
