Responsibilities: Utilize your extensive surface navy experience as a qualified Combat Systems Coordinator (CSC) a comprehensive understanding of ballistic missile threats and their implications, including the ability to develop missiles' order of battle for countries of interest.
Support the development of comprehensive intelligence scenario products for BMD training, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with BMD concepts.
Apply your knowledge of BMD Tactics, Technical Systems, and Instructions, including COMNAVSURFORINST 8820.2 series requirements and Tactical memorandums.
Possess a deep understanding of the AEGIS Combat Systems, its components, and related instructions.
Provide expertise on BMD Command and Control issues, specifically surveillance, engagement, and planning functions required for each of the various numbered fleets.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions and recommendations.
Stay updated with the latest advancements, technologies, and best practices in the field of BMD Tactical Air Operations.
Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of surface navy experience as a qualified Combat Systems Coordinator (CSC) on an Aegis BMD or equivalent platform.
Proven experience in understanding ballistic missile threats and developing missiles' order of battle for countries of interest.
Strong familiarity with Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) concepts and the ability to develop comprehensive intelligence scenario products for BMD training.
In-depth knowledge of BMD Tactics, Technical Systems, and Instructions, including COMNAVSURFORINST 8820.2 series requirements and Tactical memorandums.
Proficiency in the AEGIS Combat Systems, its components, and related instructions.
A solid understanding of BMD Command and Control issues, particularly surveillance, engagement, and planning functions for various numbered fleets.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable recommendations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a collaborative team player.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Secret Clearance verifiable in DISS required.
Salary: The salary for this position is likely $70,000 - $90,000. Salary ranges are not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
