Blending Operator - Second Shift, 2:30p to 11pm - Including weekends

With a little guidance, the Blending Operator mixes up raw materials just like the recipe says
Using tanks, agitators, pumps, and all that jazz, they whip up top-notch liquid dietary supplements and drinks, making sure every batch is spot-on and ready to roll.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 2 years' experience in blending or compounding operations
  • High School diploma
  • Driven and detail-orientated with excellent communication skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Strong organizational skills
Essential Job Functions
  • Put together and take apart equipment, making sure it's squeaky clean.
  • Pay close attention to the little things.
  • Check that the department equipment is good to go every day.
  • Get everything ready for blending by staging and double-checking raw materials.
  • Mix up the ingredients in the blend tank like a pro.
  • Know the blending procedures inside and out.
  • Keep all the paperwork in check and up to date.
  • Jump in to help figure out any issues with processes or equipment.
  • Lend a hand to other departments when they need it.
  • Do whatever the lead operator and manager need you to do.
  • Keep your workspace spotless.
  • Keep those documents looking sharp and in order.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
  • Thorough knowledge of manufacturing operations and equipment
  • Ability to work and make sound decisions.
  • Able to support team initiatives to meet deadlines of production schedule.
  • Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills
Working Conditions
  • Cleanroom facility, both climate and non-climate-controlled environments
  • Bending, stooping, and standing for entire day
  • Working with hands all day with little to no rest
