Bitcoin Mining Operations Manager Intro:
On behalf of one of our client, Procom Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bitcoin Mining Operations Manager for a full time perm direct hire role in the TX area to oversee the daily operations of our their grid mining facilities. This role requires a deep understanding of both bitcoin mining and general awareness of off-grid power systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing mining efficiency, ensuring equipment uptime, managing a team of technicians, and optimizing power usage in remote off-grid locations.

Bitcoin Mining Operations Manager Job Details:
Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the mining operation, including equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The manager will develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth operations and maximize mining efficiency. They will also monitor mining performance metrics and implement strategies to optimize hash rate and profitability. The manager will lead a team of technicians responsible for equipment maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, providing training and guidance to ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational best practices.

Bitcoin Mining Operations Manager Mandatory Skills:
Candidates must have proven experience in bitcoin mining operations, with a strong understanding of bitcoin mining algorithms and hardware. They should have extensive knowledge of off-grid power systems, including natural gas generators, solar, or wind technologies. Previous experience managing a team in a technical or engineering environment is required. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges in remote off-grid locations are essential.

Bitcoin Mining Operations Manager Desired Skills:
Candidates with IT and networking background will be preferred as these generators power servers that mine bitcoin. Familiarity with industry-standard mining software and monitoring tools is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, are desired.

TX area as the client has multiple locations.
The company is willing to pay for relocation for the right candidate. The role involves travel to a site about every week in OK or Texas, working for 4 days and remote for 1 day.
