Biocompatibility PM is expected to have a good understanding of consumer electronics, and analytical testing, demonstrated experience in program management, and has worked in a collaborative cross-functional, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include engaging with cross-functional partners and suppliers to drive material selection and biocompatibility testing during the product development process, clear communication with peers and SMEs, and helping build processes and specifications.
Responsibilities: - Good understanding of analytical testing methods (HPLC, ICPMS, LC/MS, GS/MS) and basic knowledge of Biocompatibility review.
- Partner with cross-functional team members and suppliers to drive the selection of biocompatible materials, sample coordination, and coordinate testing throughout the product development process.
- Clear and effective communication of Biocompatibility goals and findings with cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Manage and track analytical testing results and biocompatibility assessment and setup a process to track and communicate efficiently.
- Ability to prioritize programs and issues to meet timelines within a fast-paced environment.
- Engage with biocompatibility experts and cross-functional teams towards building work flows, processes, and SOP's.
Minimum Qualifications: - BS or MS in Chemistry, Toxicology, Biomedical science, Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of project management in a corporate setting.
- Experience managing multiple complex projects successfully and the ability to prioritize issues/projects effectively.
- Basic understanding of analytical testing methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Be a team player. Have strong analytical skills and ability to think outside of the box.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working in the consumer electronics industry.
3 Must have skills: - PM experience, background in biology/toxicology/chemistry; work in a fast-paced industry.
