As a BIM Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement on all related BIM projects, files, and models. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the field and a strong background in Revit, CAD, and BIM.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement in the BIM project lifecycle.
  • Act as the main point of contact for BIM and related issues between project teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce BIM documentation and workflow process standards.
  • Train and oversee the day-to-day activities of the Revit, CAD, and BIM users to ensure BIM standards are maintained in the creation of Architectural, Electrical, and Mechanical BIM models.
  • Validate and integrate BIM data for use in BIM related software and BIM platforms.
  • Create and maintain software template files to assure BIM standards.
  • Assist in the development and enforcement of BIM QA/QC processes and protocols.
  • Evaluate new BIM related software and technologies.
  • Stay updated with latest trends and advancements in the BIM field to provide training, support, and insight for the team.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM management or a similar role.
  • Proficient in BIM software including Revit, CAD, and other related software.
  • Strong knowledge of BIM process and project lifecycle.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
  • Ability to implement and manage BIM standards and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to train and guide team members in the BIM process.
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of professional services from schematic design through project close-out, including design and technical expertise.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the coordination aspects and related requirements of all design disciplines.
  • Must be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently, yet collaboratively, in a professional team environment.
